Return and Refund Policy for Homey Decor Limited

At Homey Decor Limited (“Homey Decor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items and request a refund.

  2. Eligibility for Returns

You can return an item if:

  • It is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • You initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is not excluded under Non-Returnable Items (see below).
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., plants).
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  3. Return Authorization: Wait for a return authorization email with instructions.
  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

A refund will be issued if:

  • The returned item meets the conditions outlined in the Returns
  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • The item is returned after 14 days but within 30 days (subject to a restocking fee).
  • The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on your preference.
  4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the item has been dispatched. If the order has already shipped, it must be returned following the process outlined above.
